Bud Light released a teaser last week, announcing they had one more surprise for the Super Bowl-winning Philadelphia Eagles, and would unveil their gift the day before the 2018 regular season opener.

Bud Light unveiled the statue of Doug and Nick inside the Headhouse Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field on Wednesday morning. It depicts Philadelphia quarterback Nick Foles asking head coach Doug Pederson for the play call made while facing a fourth-and-goal at the 1-yard line. At the time, the Eagles led the Patriots 15-12 with under two minutes left in the first half.

The statue shows the moment Nick asked Doug, “You want Philly Philly?” To which Pederson famously responded, “Yeah, let’s do it.” The special moment between Nick Foles and Doug Pederson in Super Bowl LII is now cast in metal for all generations of Eagles fans to remember forever.

We all know what happened after that, resulting in one of the best plays in Super Bowl history, and setting the course for the city’s first World Championship.

The statue will be on display on HeadHouse Plaza as part of Bud Light’s fan activation space at Lincoln Financial Field. According to NBC Sports Philadelphia, the statue commemorating the play will remain “for at least this season” with the possibility of remaining permanently.
